Intelligent Sandblasting Transport: An Intelligent Accelerator for Product Processing

Project Background

Solution

1. Precise loading and one click summoning

The system first introduced customized shelf design to ensure that sandblasted products can be securely placed and locked with fixing devices.  Operators only need to perform simple operations to safely place the product on the shelf.  Subsequently, with the one click summoning function, idle transport robots quickly respond, automatically locate themselves in the loading area, and prepare to perform transport tasks.


2. Intelligent docking and elevator scheduling

The robot is equipped with an advanced robotic arm system, which can smoothly lift and lock the shelves, achieving seamless integration between products and robots.  During the movement, the robot automatically calls the elevator and uses the elevator scheduling system to optimize the path, reduce waiting time, and improve transportation efficiency.


3. Floor transfer and lifting assistance

With the help of laser SLAM navigation technology, robots can accurately ride elevators and quickly shuttle between different floors.  After arriving at the designated floor, the robot navigates to the lifting platform and lifts the shelves to the desired height through the platform, achieving cross floor transportation.


4. Unloading Return and Efficient Charging

At the target floor, the robot smoothly unloads the shelves and delivers the products to the designated location.  Subsequently, the robot autonomously returns to its origin and prepares for the next round of tasks.  At the same time, the system is equipped with an automatic charging station to ensure that the robot can automatically charge and maintain optimal working conditions when the battery is low.

High precision positioning: Lidar technology enables multi floor mapping and high-precision positioning (± 5mm) to ensure accuracy during transportation.

Intelligent scheduling: The mobile chassis is paired with an intelligent scheduling system to achieve path planning and task allocation for multiple floors and vehicles, while supporting intelligent obstacle avoidance functions.

Integrated control: The AI edge controller serves as the main control center, seamlessly integrating with MES/WMS/MCS and other systems to achieve intelligent integrated control between devices.
