Automated solution for loading and unloading of composite robots in the medical field

Project Objective:

By using a composite robot, the material frame of the second layer of medical equipment is transferred to the first layer of the trolley, and then the empty material frame of the second layer on the trolley is transferred back to the second layer of medical equipment by the composite robot.


Solution:

We have launched an efficient intelligent composite robot solution to address the problem of tedious and inefficient medical material handling.  Process description: The operator pushes the small cart to the designated location, and the system responds by dispatching the robot to the medical equipment.  The robot uses a 3D camera to accurately identify the position of the material frame, grabs the full material frame to the cart, and then identifies and returns the empty material frame to the medical equipment.  Fully automated, improving efficiency and accuracy, reducing labor costs and error risks.  The solution is flexible and scalable, adaptable to various medical equipment and environments, and helps to upgrade the automation of the medical industry.
