RGB digital color sensor is a device that converts the color information of an object into a digital signal. It uses the principle of RGB three primary colors of light, through the built-in photoelectric conversion element, the optical signal into an electrical signal, and then by electronic equipment recognition and processing.

The digital color sensor has the following features:

Co-axial reflective optical system and extremely fine spot size of approx. 1 mm x 5 mm enable high-precision detection;

An optimal LED auto selection function that selects the best color match from among the three R-G-B LED colors;

Built-in 12-bit A/D converter enables high-precision judgment with a resolution of 1/4,000;

Digital indicator screen, detection status can be managed digitally.

Color-coded mode Ultra-high-speed response

Automatically selects one of the three (R-G-B) LEDs (single color) to achieve a 45us ultra-high speed response detection mode.

The best LED for detection is automatically selected by the optimal LED automatic selection function, which is optimal for high-speed detection.



Color Mode Highly Accurate Judgment

By using three colors (R-G-B) of LEDs at the same time, the R-G-B ratio of reflected light enables high-precision discrimination of the color of color markers, and also enables effective detection of films with patterns and designs around the color markers.
