Project Background
With the continuous development of global trade, container transportation has become one of the main modes of international logistics. In order to improve the efficiency of container loading and unloading, reduce labor costs, and ensure the safety of goods, Fuwei Intelligent has designed and implemented a set of composite robot container testing projects according to customer requirements, aiming to verify the feasibility, stability, and efficiency of robots in container operations, and help customers achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Project objectives
The main objective of this project is to evaluate the performance of composite robots in container loading and unloading, handling, palletizing, and other aspects, and assess their performance in actual working environments.
Introduction to Composite Robot System
The composite robot system used in this project combines a robotic arm, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), and intelligent control system, with functions such as autonomous navigation, precise positioning, and flexible operation. The robotic arm is responsible for grasping and placing goods inside the container, the AGV is responsible for the movement and positioning of the robot, and the intelligent control system is responsible for overall task scheduling and coordination.
Test content and methods
Robot arm operation test: Test the grasping accuracy, speed, and stability of the robot arm in a simulated container environment. Observe the adaptability and operational efficiency of the robotic arm by setting different sizes, shapes, and weights of goods.
AGV Mobile and Positioning Testing: Test the AGV's autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, positioning accuracy, and other functions in a container yard environment. By setting different paths and obstacles, verify the stability and reliability of AGV in actual working environments.
Integrated system linkage testing: Link the robotic arm with AGV to simulate the actual container loading, unloading, handling, and palletizing processes. Evaluate the overall system's collaborative ability and efficiency by setting different task scenarios and rhythm requirements.
