Process Status
The enterprise plans to sort documents one by one into the glue box through intelligent sorting boxes, and then manually transfer the entire box of documents after the glue box is filled. The size of the rubber box is approximately 420 * 320 * 170mm, with a full weight of less than 10kg. The material is similar to plastic and is in an open state when filled. Technical advantages:
The AMR system of FUWEI Intelligent's composite robot achieves efficient handling and precise positioning by combining high-precision 6-axis robots and differential wheel AGV cars.
Main features:
6-axis robot: equipped with an up and down lifting platform, suitable for the height of on-site material shelves. The platform can simultaneously place two envelope standard material boxes, reducing movement time. The material box is grabbed using a 6-axis+gripper to drag the hook, and the bottom is supported by an electric cylinder rotation. The gripper is equipped with a 2D camera for visual positioning, achieving precise grabbing.

Differential wheel AGV car: can load 300kg, navigation accuracy ± 5mm, speed of about 1m/s, and can work continuously for 7 hours at full load.
Rubber box positioning technology
The ForwardVision visual recognition software from FUWEI Intelligence can accurately recognize QR codes and output corresponding position information, ensuring precise positioning and handling of rubber boxes.
Takt Time
The system is expected to take 40 seconds to complete a single movement to the picking position and place the rubber box on the AMR, significantly improving production efficiency.
