In response to the problems of high labor intensity, low efficiency, and multiple safety hazards in the current manual transportation of sandblasting products, this plan proposes to design an efficient, safe, and multi floor automatic transportation system, which uses latent transportation robots combined with elevator and lifting platform technology to achieve automated and intelligent transportation of flat, column, and small workpiece sandblasting products.
Project requirements:
At present, sandblasting products are mainly flat, column, and small workpiece types, and the transport trolley needs to support the transportation of multiple products,
During the transportation process, there should be no product falling off;

Solution:
Accurate loading: Operators safely place sandblasting products on customized shelves to ensure that the fixing devices are securely locked.
One click summoning: Press the button to quickly locate the idle robot to the loading area.
Intelligent docking: The robot uses a robotic arm to smoothly lift and lock the shelves.
Elevator scheduling: When the robot moves, it automatically calls the elevator to reduce waiting.
Floor transfer: Laser SLAM navigation ensures precise elevator ride and quick removal.
Lifting assistance: The robot navigates to the lifting platform and lifts to the designated height.
Unloading return: After precise unloading, the robot autonomously returns to the origin and proceeds to the next round of tasks.
Efficient Charging: The robot automatically charges and maintains its optimal state for standby.
Technical advantages:
1、Mobile robots can achieve multi floor mapping, intelligent shuttle, and flexible transportation through LiDAR, with a maximum positioning accuracy of ± 5mm;
2、The combination of mobile chassis and intelligent scheduling system can achieve path planning, task allocation, and intelligent obstacle avoidance for multiple floors and vehicles;
3、Controlled by an AI edge controller, it can be integrated with customer MES/WMS/MCS systems upwards and with mobile robots, lifting platforms, elevator control systems, and air shower control systems downwards, achieving intelligent integrated control between devices.
In the future, this transport robot system will play an important role in more fields, promoting the manufacturing industry to move towards a more efficient, intelligent, and safe direction.
