Composite robots: opening a new chapter in intelligent warehousing

With the arrival of the Industry 4.0 era, intelligent manufacturing and intelligent warehousing have become important driving forces for enterprise development.  Recently, a new composite robot warehouse handling solution was unveiled, which is based on the composite robot AMR and opens a new chapter in intelligent warehousing through close cooperation with the handling robot AGV.

In this scheme, the AMR robot has powerful warehouse management capabilities and can quickly and accurately locate material locations based on simple instructions.  At the same time, with advanced visual systems and electric grippers, precise identification and grasping of the material box have been achieved.  The AGV car is responsible for receiving and transporting the shelves from the AMR robot to the designated location, completing the entire handling process.

In addition, the scheme also introduces an FMS scheduling system to monitor the AMR's battery level in real time and issue low battery alarms or automatic charging.  The system is also based on AMR vehicle management, traffic status, and transportation task instructions, achieving efficient transportation flow optimization.  At the same time, the integration with the three-dimensional warehouse management system has also achieved automatic inbound and outbound functions, further enhancing the intelligence level of warehouse management.

The introduction of the composite robot warehouse handling solution not only improves handling efficiency and reduces labor costs, but also benefits the overall image and competitiveness of the enterprise.  Undoubtedly, this innovative solution will bring broader development space and business opportunities to enterprises.
