In the increasingly competitive manufacturing industry, a certain manufacturer has keenly realized that traditional manual handling methods are no longer able to support its efficient and precise production needs. Solution
In response to these challenges, a FUWEI AGV lifting robot with a load capacity of up to 1000kg was adopted. The robot has a navigation accuracy of ± 5 millimeters, a speed of approximately 1.5 meters per second, a lifting height of 60 ± 2 millimeters, and can work continuously for 7.5 hours under full load. It adopts laser SLAM navigation technology to achieve 360 degree all-round safety protection, and provides two operating modes: automatic mode and manual mode.
Advantage
1. FMS scheduling system: This system can detect the battery level of AMR, and when the battery level drops below a certain level, it will issue an alarm or activate the automatic charging function.
2. Efficient transportation flow optimization: Based on AMR vehicle management, traffic status, and transportation task instructions, achieve efficient transportation flow optimization. Ensure the efficiency of transportation flow through AMR vehicle allocation, traffic control, and coordinated avoidance.
3. Automatic cargo handling: According to warehouse planning, AGV lifting robots can automatically achieve cargo handling, neat placement, and inbound/outbound operations. In addition, it can also be integrated with the three-dimensional library management system to achieve automatic inbound and outbound operations.
4. Rich interfaces: This system can interface with various material management systems and warehouse management systems, such as MES and IWMS. It can also connect various on-site sensor signals, including automatic door switches, elevator access signals, etc., to achieve comprehensive automation operations.
5. Integrated control: All AGVs and AMRs in the workshop are centrally scheduled and managed by the "FUWEI Integrated Controller" to ensure system coordination and efficiency.
6. Multiple safety protection: The system provides multiple safety protection measures such as linear deceleration parking, automatic station parking, emergency parking (emergency stop button), laser collision avoidance (primary protection), and emergency braking (secondary protection) to ensure safety in complex working environments.
By introducing AGV lifting robots, the manufacturer has not only achieved intelligent upgrades in the logistics process, but also significantly improved work efficiency and safety.
