Against the backdrop of rapid development in the logistics industry, automation and intelligence have become the key to improving efficiency and reducing costs. Traditional manual operation methods are no longer able to meet the efficient and accurate needs. Therefore, the customer approached FUWEI and hopes to introduce intelligent robot technology to help the enterprise achieve continuous upgrading.
Customer requirements:
Through composite robots, efficient and precise feeding of envelope and material boxes is achieved, with key capabilities including: second level recognition of QR codes and precise positioning; Stable grasping and movement to ensure transportation safety; Seamless integration with logistics systems to promote efficient collaboration; Highly intelligent control, flexible scheduling and optimization of production lines.
Technical difficulties:
1. High precision positioning: The envelope material box needs to be accurately placed in the designated location to ensure the smooth progress of the subsequent sorting process. This requires robots to have high-precision positioning capabilities.
2. Quick recognition: In order to improve efficiency, robots need to be able to quickly recognize the markings on the material box (such as QR codes) and locate them accordingly.
3. Stable grabbing: During the process of grabbing and moving the material box, the robot needs to ensure the stability and safety of the box to avoid falling or damage.
4. Intelligent collaboration: Robots need to intelligently collaborate with other equipment in the logistics system, such as sorting cabinets, conveyors, etc., to achieve efficient operation of the overall process.
Solution:
1. Adopting the FUWEI AI edge controller as the overall control of the production site, to achieve the interaction and processing of signals between composite robots, transfer robots, and production equipment, as well as the docking of production instructions in the customer's on-site production system;
2. Our self-developed robot integrated control system enables unified scheduling, task allocation, intelligent avoidance, and flexible charging of composite robots and transport robots;
3. Composite robots and transport robots use laser Slam navigation to ensure parking positioning accuracy of up to ± 5mm
4. The composite robot is equipped with a 2D camera/3D camera. Under normal circumstances, the picking and placing accuracy of the composite robot system can reach ± 0.2mm (2D)/± 0.5mm (3D), and the highest accuracy can reach ± 0.05mm (2D)/± 0.2mm (3D), which can achieve high-precision product recognition and picking and placing.
