The main frame is equipped with 3 columns and 5 rows, totaling 15 compartments. Each compartment is equipped with an independent automatic transmission line, which can adjust the tilt angle according to the size and weight of the package to ensure stable transmission. On the lifting platform, there are three automatic transmission lines that correspond one-to-one with the grid openings on the main frame, achieving efficient transfer of packages from AGV to the on-site counter.
2. Intelligent recognition and precise delivery
After manually scanning the package code, the system quickly reads the package information through advanced image recognition technology and RFID technology, and instructs the AGV car to deliver according to the preset path and optimal delivery route. The AGV car adopts a high-precision navigation system to ensure accurate positioning even in complex environments. The success rate of package delivery is as high as 99.99%, and the error rate is less than 0.01%.
3. Flexible avoidance and efficient collaboration
In the face of multiple AGV vehicles working in the same area, the system has a powerful collision avoidance function. By sensing the real-time position of pedestrians, obstacles, and other AGV vehicles in the surrounding environment, the driving route is automatically adjusted to ensure safe and smooth completion of tasks. At the same time, the system can optimize the delivery route based on real-time data, improving overall sorting efficiency.
