FUWEI Intelligent adopts two AMR composite robots to optimize the CNC loading and unloading process of aluminum plates.  The entire workbench is cleverly divided into the raw material area and the clinker area, ensuring that the products in the raw material area can be steadily transferred to the clinker area as the production stage progresses.  When there are leftover trays in the raw material area, they will be quickly transported to the clinker area through an efficient lifting mechanism, preparing for a new round of production.  The end effector of the robot's robotic arm is designed to have a load capacity of 8kg, ensuring operational stability;  The maximum speed of the AMR car reaches 1.2m/s, greatly improving work efficiency.  In addition, the AMR composite robot also has a comprehensive endurance of about 7.5 hours, ensuring long-term stable operation and meeting continuous production needs.
