Zhiqi Future: Fuwei Intelligent AI-ICDP Leading Reconfigurable Flexible Assembly Production Line

In today's increasingly competitive global manufacturing industry, how to quickly respond to market changes, improve production efficiency, and reduce production costs has become an important challenge for enterprises.  With the advent of the era of personalized products, assembly products are frequently changing, and the production mode of multiple varieties and small batches is gradually becoming mainstream.  In this context, Fuwei Intelligent has created a reconfigurable flexible assembly line with its leading AI-ICDP (Industrial Control and Decision Platform) technology, bringing a disruptive change to the manufacturing industry.

Traditional assembly lines are usually composed of various controllers such as industrial computers and PLCs. This multi-layer controller architecture is not only bulky and cost-effective, but also has limited computing power in the control layer, which cannot efficiently process large amounts of data.  Meanwhile, due to the diversity of product types, although traditional human-machine hybrid assembly lines can achieve cross category product assembly, manual assembly can easily lead to fluctuations in product assembly quality, and the production line replacement cycle and cost are high, resulting in low efficiency.  In addition, the use of multiple controller languages also puts higher demands on personnel and increases the operating costs of enterprises.

The reconfigurable flexible assembly production line is built on the Fuwei Intelligent AI Industrial Control and Decision Platform, which can control the entire system through an AI edge controller and achieve CNC automation assembly of cross category products.  According to the assembly process of different products, the entire production line is composed of several identical assembly units connected in series or parallel, and then the assembly environment of each unit is reconstructed to achieve the maximum assembly line balance rate.
